Always Eat BREAKFAST

It fuels you for the day.

You’ll be less hungry at lunch.

EMERGENCIES

AFTER A PIG OUT

Don’t beat yourself up. It happens to everyone and it’s easy to get back on track without much harm done.

Eat something

Your first thought is to skip a meal or two. This will only make you feel worse, physically and emotionally.

Take Deep Breaths

Try to clear your mind from the stresses of the day by taking deep breaths. Your stomach and diaphragm can get clenched from stress or tight clothing.

Relax with Music

It can get you in a good mood. It can make you cry. It will help you feel better about yourself by getting in touch with your feelings.

PREVENT PIG OUTS

Know the warning signs. (For example, a fight with the boss, bad news, etc.)

Have a back up plan. Make a list of things that will take your mind off food.

Make sure you reward yourself each time you win, but not with food.

Get Moving

Kick up your workout to take off those added calories and for a self-esteem boost.
