Make the most of small lips by using light to midtone shades that contain a pearly shimmer. Start by highlighting the Cupid’s bow (that little dip on the top lip) and under the lower lip with a bit of white highlight shimmer. This picks up light and frames the shape of your lips to make them stand out. Next, apply a light lip color that glows. Avoid really dark shades and matte finishes; they cause your sweet smile to recede.
