KNEE HELP

Treat rough knees to new skin by combining three tablespoons almond oil, two tablespoons yogurt, two tablespoons sea salt, and two tablespoons cornmeal. Rub over knees with a vegetable brush or coarse washcloth. Pat skin dry with a soft towel. Moisturize with warmed vegetable shortening.

CHAPPED LIPS

Melt one tablespoon of honey with one teaspoon of water in the microwave for about twenty seconds. Let cool and apply as a delicious lip salve.

SCALY SKIN AND RASHES

Vegetable shortening like Crisco applied to the skin will calm down rashes and deeply hydrate skin. Hospitals even use it for treating psoriasis and eczema.

Milk and yogurt applied to the skin will reduce redness.

HEATING YOUR MOISTURIZER IN THE MICROWAVE FOR ABOUT FIVE SECONDS WILL HELP IT PENETRATE THE SKIN. YOU’LL EXPERIENCE A RADIANT GLOW QUICKLY.
