MODEL BODY TRICKS

MODEL LEGS

•Keep weight on one leg, and bring your other leg forward so one foot is crossed in front of the other, then bend you knee slightly to create a slim line.

•Wear sheer dark hose. Light colors make legs look heavier.

•Don’t cross your legs. It hurts circulation and causes spider veins.

•Massage your legs with lotion every night in a circular motion.

•Use creams containing cocoa butter.

•Sleep in cotton leggings after applying a thick layer of lotion. In the morning, your legs will be super smooth.

Models prevent RAZOR RASH by loosening hairs before shaving. Scrubbing with a loofah or coarse washcloth also takes away the top layer of skin to allow a smooth surface for shaving.

Dark Skin Patches

Apply a lemon half to knees and heels where skin is thicker and darker. The citric acid bleaches and softens. Let it set for ten to fifteen minutes. Rinse off with a wet washcloth.

Soft Skin

Models get extra-soft legs for those extremely close shots by applying a facemask on their legs. Use it once a week all over your legs. Let it set for ten minutes and then rinse off in the shower.

Firm Legs

Here’s what models do before a swimsuit shoot to make their legs look sleek and slim. Apply

dried seaweed sheets to wet legs. It’s available

at health food stores and natural supermarkets. Apply a blow dryer until the seaweed dries. Then peel off seaweed.
