Apply any oil, and gently rub the tops, sides, and bottoms of your feet in circular movements using both your thumbs and fingers.
Microwave the following:
One cup milk
One tablespoon dry mint leaves 1 tsp. rosemary 1 tsp. peppermint extract Apply the mixture to feet with a clean, dry cloth. Remove residue and wrap feet in plastic wrap. Wait five minutes and rinse thoroughly.
