Fill a basin with warm water and add the juice of a lemon with one cup of oatmeal. Soak feet for ten minutes. While soaking, rub the oatmeal all over your feet. The oatmeal will soften rough feet while the lemon will lighten and even out skin.
File rough spots with a coarse nail file. Combine one-half cup of sugar, one-quarter teaspoon of poppy seeds, and one-quarter baking soda with a few drops of lemon juice. Scrub briskly with a vegetable brush and rinse thoroughly.
