KEEP YOUR FEET SWEET

Make sure your footwear fits properly. Your socks need room for your toes to wiggle.

To protect feet from new shoe friction, dab sensitive areas with petroleum jelly. Or apply a small patch of adhesive moleskin, which you can get at most drugstores.

FOOT EXERCISE

Rub your foot over a soda can or a tennis ball to help cramps and to relax feet.

FOOT REFRESHER

The perfect way to refresh feet after a long day at the office: add six drops of both eucalyptus and rosemary oil to a pan of hot water. Soak for about ten minutes. Rinse, alternating between hot and cold water to improve circulation.
