AVOCADOS

Mash a ripe avocado and gently massage on undereye puffiness and dark circles. While sit­ting, place a cold damp washcloth over closed eyes for about fifteen minutes. Rinse off by pressing off with the cloth. The oil in the avoca­do is a rich moisturizer, while the cold cloth helps de-puff.

Mash a half-ripe avocado with a teaspoon of olive oil. Massage into cuticles. Leave on for fif­teen minutes. Rinse.

BANANAS

Mash a banana with one egg yolk plus a tea­spoon of almond extract. Apply to face and leave on until dry. Remove with cool chamomile tea to moisturize and refresh.
