Visnaga vera extract

The extract from the plant Ammi visnaga, also known as khella, when taken orally, has caused some concern that it may cause nausea, dizziness, constipation, headache, itching, and insomnia. Khella may cause liver problems for some people. There is also some concern that it might cause photosensitivity since it contains khellin and furocoumarin. (Source: www. naturaldatabase. com.)
