Sun protection, and more

All of the same treatments explained in earlier chapters for any skin concern for the face apply to every other part of your body. Please refer to those sections for answers to your skin-care needs from the neck down as well. Even the application process from the neck down doesn’t differ from the face, so you can follow the same course of action for both. During the day, after cleansing, apply an AHA or BHA lotion, cream, or gel over skin and then Retin-A or Renova over the sun-damaged areas. You should then apply a sunscreen over areas of the body that will be exposed to daylight. At night, if necessary, you can apply an additional moisturizer over particularly dry areas.
