Drinking water

Wouldn’t it be great for those with dry skin if j ust drinking eight or more glasses of water a day could prevent or change dry skin? Drinking water is definitely important for the health of the body but that doesn’t translate to getting rid of dry skin. If drinking water were all it took to eliminate dry skin, no one would have dry skin! Attempting to overdrink is always accompanied by an almost immediate need to go to the bathroom, where the excess water is quickly eliminated. So even if the extra water could be delivered to skin cells it would never have the chance to get there.
