POWDER AND BLUSH BRUSHES

Switcheroo time. In the old days, we used small blush brushes that picked up too much color for small cheek areas. (Remember red-slashed eighties cheeks?) And we used a large, fluffy powder brush to cover our skin with heavy matte loose powder, erasing our complexions in the dust storm!

Today we want a natural blush flush and skin we can actually see. So swap ’em. The smaller brush is best for applying face powder to areas that need it, leaving the rest dewy fresh. The big fluffy brush is best for blush, as it hugs the apples of the cheeks, creating a soft, natural rosiness. Got it? Good!
