LIP LINER

Colored lip liners should come with a warning label: Caution, potential for abuse! For years, women have used liners to draw on lips they don’t have, to “correct” unevenness that would otherwise look really cute, to attempt to lock in lipstick for twenty-four hours or more, or to seal in gloss only to get “ring around the mouth” in a few hours. Ay-yay-yay.

LIP LINER

Now, lip liners do have their place in a lady’s lippy repertoire, but easy does it, okay?

To make your lips look their fullest, try one of the new shimmering highlight lip liners. They offer a light-catching hint of sparkle without any distracting color. When traced around the outside of your natural lip line, these liners bring out your beauties’ plumpest potential.

If you have issues with lipstick bleeding, try a clear or skin-tone lip liner to keep your color from running off in all directions.
