POPPY SEEDS

Mix a teaspoon of poppy seeds with two table­spoons of jojoba oil to exfoliate rough spots on the body (knees, heels, elbows, etc.)

STRAWBERRIES

Calm irritated skin by mashing two strawberries with a teaspoon of sour cream. Apply to face and leave on ten to fifteen minutes.

Mash a strawberry, and with your finger, massage into teeth and gums—it’s a natural cleaner and whitener.
