OILS

Here are some essential oils that spas use and you should collect.

Lavender

Helps with burns, sprains, healing wounds, and calming the mind and body. Use it on your pillow, or dab it around your room when you want to relax. Add a couple of drops to your bath. Eucalyptus

Aids in clearing up skin infections and is a natural insect repellent. Put some inside your pillow to help you breathe more easily, especially if you have a cold. Add a couple of leaves to boiling water to steam your face.

Tea Tree Oil

Helps cold sores, oily skin, athlete’s foot, and blemishes. Use it straight from the bottle. Geranium

Helps fade broken capillaries. Use it at night to heal bruises.

Grapefruit

Tones skin and tissues and helps with bloating. You’ll love it as a bath oil. Use about ten drops under running water.

Peppermint

Soothes digestion and is cool and refreshing. Apply it in the air or on the skin.
