HYPNOSIS

This is an overview of how hypnosis for weight loss works. Try it as meditation to give you simi­lar results without the cost.

Find a place that is quiet and comfortable. Play relaxing music for two to three minutes before beginning. Picture your body exactly as you would like it to appear. See it standing before you free of all the negative eating behav­ior. Look at your body closely. See it as realistic

but ideal. Make it a part of your own reality.

Hold that image for two more minutes. While you do, play some more relaxing music. See your body in its full size and dimensions. Now step into it. Once in, make any changes you need to feel just like you need.

You now feel comfortable in your body with no stress, and no need to overeat. Now move around in your body. Feel its strength and vital­ity. As you get acquainted with your new body, you get drawn into it.

Play some more music, close your eyes, and count to five. Open your eyes feeling relaxed and refreshed. This meditation should leave you feeling both positive and motivated.
