Before you apply your lipstick, make sure your lips are soft and flake-free. Brush your teeth, and then gently brush your lips to remove dead skin. Coat lips with a lip balm and allow it to soak in while you do the rest of your makeup.
MAKE small LIPS LOOK FULLER
• Stay away from very dark colors. Deep shades make thin lips look hard and small.
• Using a neutral lip pencil, draw slightly outside the line.
• Go for a little shimmer. A light-reflective surface can make your lips appear larger. Don’t use too much since gloss reflects light and can make lips fade.
