Calming Skin Mask

Mix three tablespoons of honey and one tablespoon of plain yogurt with enough powdered milk to make a paste.

Apply to face for fifteen minutes and rinse with warm water.

CELLULITE

Combat cellulite by mixing a cup of corn oil with half a cup of grapefruit juice and two teaspoons of dried thyme. Massage into dimpled areas like thighs and buttocks, and cover with plastic wrap for five to ten minutes. Rinse off.

STRETCH MARKS

Reduce stretch marks by rubbing them with orange rinds, and then with a vegetable brush. The bonus of using the vegetable brush is that it promotes better circulation for health and healing the system.

TIRED EYES

While you’re bathing, exercise your eyes to lessen eye fatigue. Blink both sides as fast as you can

fifteen times. Wink one eye at a time, keeping the other eye open. Repeat ten times with each eye.

Rejuvenate your eyes by combining a small raw potato grated with the contents of a used chamomile tea bag. Apply the mixture to closed eyes for about twenty minutes. Cover with a washcloth while you’re in the bath and relax.

WRINKLES

Place your first two fingers of your left hand on the outside corner of your left eye. Pull slightly to the left to tighten the skin. Using your right index finger, massage the inside corner of the eye in a circular motion. Change hands, and then repeat on the right eye.

Before heading out the door, make sure that you smoothe on some lotion. Applying lotion BEFORE spritzing fragrance gives the fragrance something to cling to so it will LAST LONGER.
