BATH ESSENTIALS

Make that soak in the tub even more beneficial by adding a few essential oils to fit your needs.

To energize: two or three drops of pepper­mint.

To take away stress: two or three drops of lavender mixed with a couple drops of lemon.

For PMS relief: two or three drops of gera­nium mixed with half a cup of very strong chamomile tea.

To boost circulation: add a cup of cranberry juice to your bath.
