It’s everyone’s prime problem spot, and you can work on this problem whenever you think of it. When you’re in the car or standing in line, contract your buttocks for fifteen second intervals. Tighten your muscles as you breathe in and then breathe out and release. It not only firms
your butt, but relieves stress. It’s the perfect antidote for heavy traffic.
Lift that butt up with a chair! Just hold onto the chair, bend one knee, and push the bottom of your foot back towards the ceiling as you squeeze. Repeat five times and then work the other leg.
Don’t just sit in your chair; use it to tone your tush. As you lower into the chair, place your weight on your heels and contract your buttocks. Then rise out of the chair, squeezing your buttocks and tilting your pelvis forward. It’s a great exercise to do while talking on the phone.
CHAIR CRUNCHING
Sit tall in your chair with your feet on the floor. Contract your abs and round your back as you lean forward. Hold for five seconds. Then sit up and repeat.
TAKE TWO
When you climb stairs, take two steps at a time. Skipping a step will force leg and buttocks muscles to extend and work harder. Plus, this movement releases endorphins that will make you feel great!
Use your ARMS any way you can. You’ll not only tone your arms, you’ll RELIEVE STRESS that’s stored between your shoulder blades. Grab a baton if you have one.
