Create a foot bath by mixing a teaspoon of dried mustard to two quarts hot water. Soak for ten to fifteen minutes. Mustard contains stimulating qualities to relieve aching sore feet.

Warm two cups of milk in the microwave for thirty to forty seconds, and pour into a large bowl. Make sure the liquid is warm but comfortable, and soak for about fifteen minutes. While feet are still wet, use a heavy file or a coarse vegetable brush to smooth rough spots. The milk’s acids will soften tough skin.
