Powder eliminates shine and sets your makeup so it will last all day. Texture is everything; you don’t want to add a heavy layer to your smooth skin. Always choose a sheer, finely milled powder. Stay away from skin-brightening sparkle formulas; they’re overpowering and can age older skin. Leave the brightening work to highlighter.
I like to apply loose powder with a puff or pressed powder with a powder brush for precise placement and a sheer finish.
